Please be advised that the Building Department's policy and rules for
investigating zoning, property maintenance and building code complaints
have changed and that, effective immediately, any complaints regarding
possible violations must be in writing with a full description of the
alleged violation and time or times of occurrence and all such
complaints must include the complainants name, address and contact
information since for purposes of investigating any complaint it may be
necessary for the Building Department to obtain further information from
you regarding the alleged violation. The Department will investigate
all written complaints within 10 business days of the Department's
receipt of the complaint. A written complaint forms is available through the link above.
