A couple of notes about our minutes:

1. minutes entries have two formats:

  - mp3 are digital audio recordings of meetings.  An audio player(eg. Windows Media Player, IPOD, or other device or software) is required to hear these files.   Audio recordings are available starting with meetings in April 2007.

  - pdf are the text versions of the minutes, prepared by the clerk or secretary of the committee or board.  A .pdf viewer (eg. Adobe Reader) is needed to view these files.

2. The minutes are searchable via the Search Website function (look to the left, below Home Page).
